This study looks at maternal diet, supplement intake, and human milk composition during lactation.

Study Activities

  • Provide a single 4 oz sample of freshly expressed milk following study instructions.
  • Complete a detailed food and drink questionnaire covering the past 30 days.
  • Answer questions about infant feeding, pumping routines, and vitamin or supplement use.
  • Use a private survey link that saves your progress as you go.

Who May Be Eligible

  • Currently breastfeeding or pumping human milk.
  • Have a baby under 24 months old.
  • Located in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.
  • Able to coordinate sample delivery or pickup with the study team.
  • No diagnosis or treatment for Hepatitis B/C, HIV/AIDS, active breast herpes, or tuberculosis.

Study Questionnaire

  • Start with a short eligibility screen.
  • If the study looks like a possible match, you will receive a private link for the full questionnaire.
  • You can pause and return from the same private link before it expires.
  • The study team will provide sample instructions before any collection takes place.
